Warranty Policy
Any faults that occur with any of our products within two years of the installation date are covered under warranty.
In such an instance the system will be either repaired or if not possible to repair replaced entirely.
The only exception to this would be if the faults are proven to be caused by misuse.
To be eligible for a repair or replacement of a system, You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a report of a fault has been made, We will be in contact within 48 hours to arrange an appointment date for one of our technicians to either repair or replace the system.
