Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the installation date of your water filtration system to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@waterfiltrationheroes.com

When your return is accepted, we’ll contact you in order to schedule a date and time for the removal of the water filtration system.

Once the water filtration system has been removed, the refund process will be activated.

You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
